About Dr. Dean

After graduating  from West Virginia University School of Dentistry in 2013, Dr. Dean and his wife, Marcy, relocated to Harrisonburg. Dr. Dean worked alongside Dr. Hall for the first 6 years of his dental career while deciding Harrisonburg is where he wants to invest his time, energy, and care.

He believes strongly in catering to each patient’s dental needs through individualized comprehensive treatment planning.  Dr. Dean enjoys staying current with the latest dental techniques and procedures by investing quality time in continuing education. He has invested many hours into perfecting digital dentistry with the use of his intra-oral camera, milling unit, and 3D printer, there isn’t much he has to sent out to a lab. Those that know Dr. Dean know that he’s a perfectionist and if it isn’t right, he’s going to make it right. His calm demeanor and ability to listen makes every patient feel at ease in his dental chair. He’s is a member of the American Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Virginia Dental Association, and the Shenandoah Valley Dental Association.

If Dr. Dean isn’t in the dental office, he is most likely spending time with his two daughters Finley and Emmry.  He also enjoys a good round of golf with friends or a day on the ski slopes with his wife.  Harrisonburg, Virginia now feels like home, but Let’s Go Mountaineers!
