Dental emergencies are never convenient or timely. We are committed to our patients’ dental health in times of emergency. If you are a current patient and have a dental emergency after regular office hours, please call (540) 432-2315 and leave a message to reach Dr. Dean. Payments
You may pay for your office visits and any treatments by cash, check, all major credit cards, Care Credit, and financing through Sun Bit. We accept payment over the phone or have an online XPress Pay option on our website under Patient Information. To discuss your payment options in more detail please contact us and speak with a team member (540) 432-2315.
Dental Insurance
Dental insurance is a very positive benefit for many individuals and families and plays a major role in helping individuals obtain good dental care. The primary objective of dental insurance is to aid you by partially paying for certain dental care expenses.
We are an out of network provider, we do not directly participate with insurance plans/companies. As a courtesy to our patients we will file to all dental insurance plans. It is important to us to be able to offer individualized treatment based on your specific dental needs, unrestricted by the limitations that dental insurance plans impose. Although we are a non-participating provider, we strive to work with you and your insurance plan to maximize and best utilize your dental benefits. You may work with our Treatment/Financial Coordinator to accommodate your needs.
